We ship all orders nationwide using USPS.

Orders are baked fresh and ship within 1–2 business days after purchase. Delivery times are determined by the shipping service selected at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on your order’s weight, box size, and destination.

✨ Replacements Policy

At The Sugar-Less Witch — Sugar-Less Bakery, LLC, every treat is crafted with care and a touch of enchantment. If your order ever arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, I’ll gladly conjure a replacement.

Replacement Window:

Please notify me within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so I may investigate and make it right.

What’s Eligible:

• Damaged items

• Incorrect items

• Missing items

What Isn’t Eligible:

Because all treats are made fresh and perishable, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped. Opened or consumed items cannot be replaced.

How to Request a Replacement:

Send a message through your order confirmation page or contact me directly using the information on your receipt. I respond within 1–2 business days.

Who Covers Shipping:

• If a replacement is approved, I cover the cost of sending your new enchanted goodies.
